1. Services

Justice Blakley Logistics LLC provides dispatching and logistics coordination services. We are not a motor carrier or freight broker. Carriers engaged remain fully responsible for operating under their own DOT and/or MC authority and for compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Agreements & Rates

Services are provided under written agreements. Rates, fees, and terms will be outlined in rate confirmations or service agreements and must be approved before work begins.

3. Responsibilities

• Carriers maintain and provide proof of active authority, insurance, and safety compliance.
• We coordinate loads, communicate requirements, and support paperwork and scheduling.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable agreement or confirmation. Any third-party payment processing or factoring arrangements are solely between the carrier and the third party.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for cargo loss or damage, delays due to weather, traffic, or third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
